High quality property with exceptional employees in all areas. Tidy and immaculate rooms, comfortable beds. Sensational breakfasts and savoury food available. Unbeatable and unique location to Ledene Golf Centre.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was close to our family and was good value for money. The breakfast was good and the room well equipped.Just found that we perhaps could have done with other pillows or cushions, on the bed, to make watching TV more comfortable.

I have stayed here before, four years ago when I was in a group from Wolverhampton University beginning a doctoral degree course. I came this week because I was graduating and thought it would be nice to end where I had begun and because the graduation was at 10am and I live a long way away from Wolv theatre. The hotel was perfect for our needs - comfortable, friendly and realistically priced. Also the English breakfast was much appreciated and well cooked. The experience was the perfect end to a difficult and lengthy academic journey.

The location is perfect for me, ambience of the building
Food and drinks while being of excellent qaulity are overpriced, the qaulity of the ingredients for evening meal are not carried through to breakfast, the sausages and black pudding particularly were quite nasty. drainage in my room was very slow making it difficult to shave and shower, i cant believe housekeeping hadnt noticed this.

The room was very tired and dated. I stayed for 3 nights and was allowed one very small bar of soap for the shower. There was black mold very prevalent in every area of the bathroom. The room No. 62 was very noisy. I was not left any milk for the tea making facility. The bed was a double which had obviously replaced a king recently due to the marks in the carpet. The staff were generally unfriendly.Just a sad tired old place needing refurbishment badly

The actual building was very grand but also very welcoming. It was a real luxury at a budget price. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again when we come back to Birmingham
The room was a bit on the small side and there was no bath - just shower. The tele was very old fashioned - most nowadays are flat screen. I would have preferred to have paid slightly more for a room in keeping with the rest of the luxurious building

Nice rooms, pleasant surroundings
Some of the food (namely bacon and eggs) ran out on the breakfast buffet, staff were slow at replacing it. Because of time restraints some of our group had to make do with toast and cereal.

The gym was functional but could use some updates. I really enjoyed the clean room and the lovely atmosphere! The terrace was a great spot to chill for lunch.
